Following a gut feeling to “just try acting,” I stepped into my first acting class…like, ever in 2014 while living in Sydney, Australia. The fire was ignited, so I followed a passion to Chicago to study comedy. There, I studied improv, sketch comedy and comedic writing at The Second City, The Annoyance Theater, and iO Theater in Chicago.
I continued pursuing comedy when I moved back to Denver in 2016. I am a graduate of The Bovine Metropolis Theater’s improv class 87 and have written for and performed in various improv and sketch comedy shows, including a finalist of Denver’s Next Improv Star Season 8. (Fun fact: the season finale was the night before the Colfax Marathon in 2017. My amazing friend Elizabeth Komos won DNIS, so I decided to win Colfax!)
I have been in various short films and commercial work and am represented by Natalie Lyn Talent.
Most recently, I have combined my two passions of running and comedy bringing them to life in my one-woman sketch comedy show called “My Long Distance Relationship with Running: From The Early Miles To The Olympic Trials.” I have performed the show in Denver and Chicago and hope to continue adding to the story in a follow-up performance. Stay tuned!
